To anyone that might be interested, GHAUST will be enter Sinjitos studio to record our part for split CD with ASEETHE from US, which will be released by Cactus Records(Malaysia) and a split 7" with PAZAHORA from Singapore, which will be released by Epidemic Records(Singapore).

The new songs have a similar paths with our debut albums but seems to have even more depth, more heavier and more psychedelic euphoria than before. It will be a blast and We will let everyone know when this will be available.

Ghaust Interview w/ ABSTAIN

Formed in early August 2005, GHAUST plays heavy instrumental trip of post-metal nightmares that focus on long instrumental evolution of structure. This brilliant two-piece band was created by Uri A. Putra (guitar) and M. Edward (drums) and they’ve just released their self-titled debut album on Purbaharuan Recordings. So, sit tight and enjoy this short interview!

Your self titled debut is out now. Tell us about it.
Uri : Ghaust debut album released on October 2008 by Purbaharuan Recordings. On this album we’re crossing through different genres, where post-rock/shoegaze influences, crushing sludge/doom tempo, collide with hardcore/punk and heavy rock.

Does the whole album creating process difficult?
Edward : The process was pretty simple. The hardest part was to arrange the time between us and and also the financial problem.
